Hi, I’ve made a booking via Hotels.com, coming on Mar 15, 2016 for 1 night (confirmation number: 127038613723). Please could you advise below:
1) know that the hotel is quite far away from the bus station, any pick up services you can provide?
2) dinner and breakfast included in my bookings with Hotels.com?
3) can i book the private onsen in advance?

Our answers as follows;
1) We always pick our guests up between Maruo bus stops to our hotel for free so please call us when you arrived at Maruo bus stop. We will coming soon.
2) Yes. Your booking has dinner and breakfast; both included.
3) Yes, of course you could reserve the private onsen in advance.
Not for showing personal data any more in here, so could you please directly let us know your choice about the private onsen and other details of you by email? (yoyaku@ryokojin.com)

Thank you for your comments. I’m very glad to hear that you enjoyed our Hotel and hot spring. There are 2 massage chairs beside our main hot springs in our Hotel. Please refer the following information.

어제 (1월20일) 아침 공항으로 갈 때 눈 때문에 직접 운전하며 가는 것은 위험하다며 렌트카를 호텔에 남겨 두고 버스를 탈 수 있도록 호텔차로 버스 정류장까지 바라다 주고 잊은 스마트폰 때문에 또 다시 호텔로 가서 스마트폰을 갖다 준 직원 분의 고마움에 진심으로 감사합니다 덕분에 저희들 모두 안전하게 공항에 도착하고 귀국할 수 있었습니다 쾌적하고 친절하고 맛있는 식사들 또다시 방문하겠습니다

１月９日（土）の空き状況は禁煙室の洋室が１部屋のみとなっております。キャンセル待ちはございません。
There is four bus stop at Maruo. Could you please tell us where you will come from, Airport or Kirishima Jingu St.? I will arrange pick-up schedule at 17:00 for you and If you have a mobile phone can be used in Japan, please call our Hotel when you arrive at bus stop. It takes 5 min. from our Hotel to Maruo bus stop. Thank you.
how to book the shuttle bus from 丸尾? i booked 5 /jan room of 2 ppl. will arrive around 5pm. thank you!
今年は和洋室に泊まれてゆっくり出来て良かったです♪
朝晩の御飯の時の対応も霧島さんやスタッフの方々の対応が良く嬉しかったです(*^^*)♪
また来年の予約も入れて帰りましたので、一年後を楽しみにしてますね(^^)v☆
PS…僕は分からなかったんですが兄が来年の予約をした時の対応したフロントの女性の方が少し冷たかったとぼやいてましたf(^_^;)
フロントは施設の顔ですから、明るく対応してもらえたら幸いです☆
